Wow, have we been through some significant storms these last few years!
Now Spring is here in 2023
What are your hopes, dreams, and plans?
Please take a look at all you have done to meet the challenges you have faced
it is truly unique how we can gather the strength to move forward and continue.
here are some helps along your way in this Spring of 2023
Look at your blessings
Ask yourself how you want to feel about your life.
For me, it is Freedom.
After you have taken some time to write down your dreams, how you want to feel about your life, and the actions you will take to gain those feelings.
Here is an idea of an action you can take to create the visual for your dreams, plans, and how you want to feel.
Buy a plant, a new pot, and some dirt.
As you repot this plant, think about your plans, dreams, and how you want to feel
and pour that on this plant with water and sunlight, saying the words out loud to your plant daily and watching them grow!
Let this symbolize your dreams, goals, hopes, and how you want to feel in your life this Spring and this year of 2023.
