How do you want to feel?

Really! How do you want to feel each day?

Take a moment. Maybe you can't do this right now. Do make the time for that moment. It does not matter what time of the day; do it.

When you take that moment, think about how you want to feel each day, moment by moment.

How about when you get up in the morning? How do you want to feel?

"Knowing how you actually want to feel is the most potent form of clarity that you can have" quote from Danielle Laporte

Our emotions are a strong attractor...

Example: you are so mad at something or someone, and as you live in that emotional moment, you attract more to be angry about. Has this ever happened to you? Have you seen another do this? Amazing huh?

So get clear on how you want to feel. Then do those actions that make you feel that way, and you will attract more of this energy you present in your world of influence.

Act The Way You Want To Feel...

How?

Take that moment to write five feelings you desire to be in your life.

Then sit with them for a few days, reading them out loud so you can hear and see them. Using as many senses as possible helps you get closer to the feelings these words have for you.

Search what they mean, get into these words, use the old fashion dictionary or Google, and ask others what the words mean to them, but most important, get clear on what they mean to you and how they make you feel.

Now what do these words feel like to you? How does the thought of feeling this way make you feel physically and emotionally?

You're getting it now!

Begin each day applying these feelings to your everyday life...

Take note of the change in your life moment by moment, day by day.

You can always add a gratitude journal or notes to keep the way you want to feel in the forefront of your mind.

In the bible, we are told to capture every thought...thoughts bring about emotions, feelings.

Bless you as you find the way you want to feel,

Pamela

P.S. You may only end up with three words or one.
