"My Heart Is Yours"
This Bleeding Heart plant was my Mother-in-law's. It was a big plant, and full of blooms. That morning there had been a heavy dew that left water drops that looked like tears on the flowers and leaves. This spoke to my heart of the many tears we all shed over our losses. But, knowing that, Nothing can separate You from God's love for You, brightens my heart!
The best sermon I have ever heard was done by Fr. Graham at St. Francis Xavier Church in Missoula.
Fr. Graham is a soft-spoken man and a convert to the Catholic Faith just like me!
The Gospel word that day was "Nothing can separate you from the love of God!" Romans 8:39
Fr. Graham got down from the altar and came in the front of the pews and said in a whispering voice,
"nothing can separate you from the love of God"
Then He got a little louder,
"Nothing can separate You from the love of God"
Then He got louder still,
"Nothing can Separate You from the Love of God"
Then the loudest Fr. Graham could speak without yelling...
"Nothing Can Separate You From The Love Of God!"
Then he turned and went up the stairs to sit down. Total quiet filled the church...
I sat there with a great yet simple revelation, "That Nothing Can Separate You From The Love Of God!" except you.....
