Posing For You
A Nuthatch On My Green Tree...
As I sat on my deck with my coffee, camera, and journal this nuthatch started posing and I started taking photos.
These birds normally move so fast that the best time to photograph them is in their upside-down position while they are gathering bugs.
Below is another photo of this one Nuthatch on my green tree.
The inspiring words that came to me while producing this calendar were from The Armor Of God Eph. 6:10-18
Specifically verse 16, "Above all, taking the shield of Faith..."
This little bird's feathers on his chest reminded me of the shield and his faith to stand there and let me take his photo knowing he was protected in faith that I would do him no harm.
I know I'm reading a lot into this but, I also believe God shows us His hand of Love and Wisdom all around us if we will take the time to notice.
The Armor Of God Is My Favorite Garment To Wear Daily!
