Having your photograph taken is something that a lot of people do not enjoy doing!
BUT to make yourself unforgettable, photos are very important...not just for work, but also building your business, or social media....
They are important for when you are not around. It's an ongoing dialog of your life. Your photos help those remember you, what you look like, the memories you have made with them, the events in your life.

A way to get used to photos is looking at how people pose for photos in magazines, TV, Pinterest, Instagram, and on portrait photographer websites.
Then practice the poses in the mirror and learn the pose that looks best for you and enjoys who you are. Then get a professional photo taken and have fun!
